Responsibilities:
- Hardware configuration (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, RFID readers, data acquisition devices, tip.),
- Management and administration of Windows and Linux servers
- Configuration and management of application environments
- Maintenance and administration of LAN/WAN devices
- Implementation of IT infrastructure security solutions
- Participation in projects concerning the development of networks and IT infrastructure
- Maintenance of services such as AD/AAD, AD Connect, PKI (Microsoft CA), GPO
- Maintaining the continuity of subordinate systems and applications by: day-to-day administration, handling user requests, taking preventive measures and reducing the effects of failure
- Troubleshooting HW, SW, LAN problems
- Automation of administrative tasks
- Maintenance of documentation and creation of instructions
- Inventory of equipment and services
- Maintenance of stock of consumables
- Planning, developing and enforcing standards, procedures and policies for systems
Expectations:
- University degree with a technical profile and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
- Skills in Windows, Linux, MAC administration;
- Knowledge of domain controller functions and AD services;
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions;
- Knowledge of issues, services, protocols, and network management;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills;
- Ability to administer VMWARE virtual environments
- Knowledge of backup systems and the design of backup policies – VEEAM
- Ability to design, implement modifications and system and application patches.
- Ability to learn quickly and familiarise oneself with new information and communication technologies
- Resistance to stress and the ability to work under time pressure
- Ability to create and read technical documentation
- Knowledge of hardware (PCs, NBs, printers, network equipment, RF equipment, mobile devices),
- Availability, conscientiousness, responsibility
- Very good organisation of work and self-reliance
- B driving licence
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of advanced infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, VM)
- Experience in managing physical servers of the following types: rack DELL, HPE, Lenovo.
- Knowledge of Fortinet solutions
- Knowledge of the specifics of monitoring systems, services, IT processes
