Work as a member of the implementation team operating under the name of the HARDWARE TEAM, responsible for integration with machines and industrial automation systems for the needs of INDUSTRY 4.0 systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation in the design and implementation of data acquisition solutions in industrial automation systems for the Industry 4.0 system
- Analysis of backups of PLC and HMI controllers
- Preparation and configuration of communication modules for data acquisition in AOS software
- Configuration of communication devices (converters, IO devices, routers, industrial switches)
- Connecting and starting up industrial automation devices
- Analysis of electrical diagrams, documentation of machines and devices
- Communication with engineers on the client’s side
- Participation in implementation trips (1 to 5 days 2-3 times a quarter)
- Creating documentation
- Collaboration with other teams within the company’s structures
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Education – higher education or during the 4th+ year of studies (after the 1st degree) automatics, electrical engineering (AGH, University of Technology or related)
- General knowledge about industrial automation
- Basic knowledge of Ethernet operation
- General knowledge of PLC controllers (Siemens, Alan Bradley, Omron, Schneider)
- Ability to read and analyze documentation
- Knowledge of communication interfaces, ways of building communication buses
- Knowledge of automation devices, sensors, converters
- basics of programming in any scripting language (conditional statements, loops,)
- knowledge of the spoken and written English language, at least at the B2 level
- Cat. B driving license
- 1kV E SEP rights
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of programming environments for PLC Step7, WinnCC, TIA Portal, CodeSys TwinCan
- Experience in implementation work, PLC programming
- Basics of SQL databases
- Support for CAD programs
- Manual skills, efficient use of tools
- Graduate of a technical school
