We seek a highly motivated and skilled Business Process Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Mid-level Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing and optimising the business processes of our customers to transfer them to the digital world and enhance efficiency and productivity. Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and methodologies is necessary.
Responsibilities:
ยท Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements and elicit process details from various stakeholders.
ยท Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
ยท Model business processes in ANT Paperless software.
ยท Create dedicated forms in ANT Paperless software.
ยท Implement process automation and optimisation solutions.
ยท Develop and document clear and comprehensive process maps, workflows, and business requirements.
ยท Evaluate and document business process models, process performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
ยท Cooperate with Product Owners to develop the potential of ANT’s solutions.
ยท Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of process changes into existing systems.
ยท Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BPM, proactively suggesting innovative approaches to enhance business processes.
Qualifications:
ยท Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
ยท In-depth understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts, methodologies, and tools.
ยท Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques in BPMN notation.
ยท Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
ยท Experience in conducting workshops and interviews to gather business requirements.
ยท Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
ยท Proficiency in using BPM class software.
ยท A detail-oriented and results-driven mindset, committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
ยท Written and spoken English at least on B2 level.
ยท Ability for business trips (2-5 days, 3-4 times per year)
